In addition, Elaine is certified as an arbitrator by the American Arbitration Association and has served as outside general counsel to a municipal housing authority for sixteen years. Moreover, having practiced family law for many years, Elaine is adept in adoptions, dissolutions, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
Prior to attending Harvard Law School, Elaine taught socially maladjusted and learning disabled youths in New York City and adults in the city and state university systems of New York.
